This represents a crucial moment for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.efnweb.be\/?page_id=802\">36 EFN Members<\/a>, that take the opportunity to share views and analyse the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.efnweb.be\/?page_id=831\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">key political topics<\/a> that are driving the EU agenda and discuss the nursing contribution, in addition to their impact on the nursing profession and the citizens of Europe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;\">Improving the quality of working conditions for nurses and ensuring that the workforce remains <a href=\"https:\/\/efn.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/EFN-Policy-Statement-on-CPD-Final042015.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">skilled and motivated<\/a> are key priorities for the EFN.
