The report contains the outcome of the IMCO Vote on 23 January and the ENVI and EMPL opinions respectively. The final negotiations between the European institutions (Commission, Parliament and Council of Ministers) are about to start.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The IMCO Committee and COREPER have given the mandate to Bernadette Vergnaud and the Irish Presidency respectively to start the <em>trilogues <\/em>with the aim of reaching a 1<sup>st<\/sup> reading agreement in June.
