The EFN attended the 2nd KEEPCARING Project General Assembly that was held in Hamburg (Germany), hosted by the consortium partner University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE).
Over the past 2 days, the WP leaders shared the ongoing progress on the project work packages, which include 6 clinical studies that are being conducted, or that will be launched soon. It was good to see that everything is progressing well.
Importantly, the Biomarkers study, which will be conducted in UKE through the use of Hexoskin shirts, is about to start. It will look at identifying key stressors, to empower the development of concrete interventions in all the work packages. Moreover, the diary study on prosocial job crafting is also about to start, with the lead of Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR), which will be conducted in Amsterdam and Copenhagen. These studies will be the foundation for the key deliverables aiming to empower nurses and allied frontline healthcare professionals to strengthen their resilience and well-being.
Furthermore, important discussion were held on the development of the Change Management Platform (CMP), one of KEEPCARING’s key deliverables, in which EFN is actively involved in order to ensure that the CMP can support the project’s exploitation and sustainability. EFN is looking forward to continue supporting the partners in KEEPCARING, representing end-users.
