The EFN attended the 3rd KEEPCARING Project General Assembly that was held in Copenhagen (Denmark), hosted by the consortium partner Rigshospitalet University Hospital of Copenhagen (RIGS).

Over 2 days,  the WP leaders shared the ongoing progress on the project Work Packages. It was good to see the first research outcomes, and to hear about ongoing and upcoming intervention studies which will inform the delivery of fit-for-purpose non-digital, digital, and AI supported interventions to support the mental well-being and resilience of healthcare professionals.

Furthermore, important discussions were held on the development of the Change Management Platform (CMP), including through a dedicated workshop where partners exchanged ideas on important technical and ethical aspects to be defined in order to build a fit-for-purpose CMP companion app and CMP web platform. EFN is looking forward for the next steps, where it will continue providing the frontline nurses’ perspective as end-users in the CMP’s development.
